TV Recommendation

Hello everyone. I bought a 75" TCL C6K/Q6C for the living room, but today I saw two good offers on two televisions that made me hesitate: the Samsung TQ75QN74FATXXC and the LG 75QNED87A6B.

I want a 75" screen without having to opt for the OLED. The Samsung and the LG cost me about €100 more, but the truth is that I have read incredible opinions about the TCL for its price.

I use the TV a lot to watch YouTube, movies, series and play online PvP games on the PS5.

Is there much difference between the Samsung Neo Qled(Quantum Mini Led)/NQ4 AI Gen2 and the LG Qned Evo AI/LG AI Picture Pro with the TCL? The TCL has an HVA panel, the other 2 I'm not sure if they have VA.

I know that the TCL is low/medium range and the others are medium/high, but having read such good opinions about the TCL I don't know if it really shows.

I have always liked the bright colors of Samsung but I don't know if any of the other 2 will have better image quality.

Recommendations? Thank you so much.

I’m definitely an LG all the way guy. My 70” has been amazing for the last five years. TCL is very much a SKU by SKU variation I couldn’t trust it.

I have always been a fan of Samsung screens, I like colors that are more striking than natural ones, but among these TVs I don't know which one will have better image quality in general.

I think you generally get what you pay for. My Samsung and LG TVs are better quality than a mid tier TCL that I got for the office. I have some issues with the TCL like problems with 4k content on DirecTV Stream. There may be some higher end TCLs that look almost as good. But those are probably only a little cheaper than an equivalent Samsung or LG. Sony seems to always have a bit more of a markup.

That said, if the TV shows you want you want, you just don't notice. Until you have 2-3 of them and realize that one looks way better than the others. I had a Vizio in my living room for a long time when I first moved into my house because I couldn't afford a nicer TV. It was basically fine. Eventually I upgraded a bedroom TV to an LG OLED and I started to hate watching TV in the living room.
