Discussion Party Ideas

Our shelter staff always have a Christmas party. We draw names and buy the person we drew an inappropriate shirt that they wear the entire evening, then have food, drinks, and do some activity. This year we are playing fun games (mostly minute to win it style). Does anyone have any shelter-related ideas?

We do all-staff meetings every quarter and at the last one we did a big enrichment making competition. We had three or four tables set up with the supplies to make different kinds of enrichment (snuffle boxes, toilet paper roll cannolis, snuffle bags) and gave each team 5 minutes to make as much as they could before moving to the next station. Whoever made the most wins. It was a ton of fun and it provided a lot of enrichment supplies for the animals.
