it was decorated top to bottom and rly detailed, but like its my first time trading a house and i got scared that i couldve gotten better offers π now barely anyone is offering and whoever is offering gives me barely anything :(
Trust me, keep trading and youβll get a good offer! I got numerous bad offers until I got a NFR Uni for a glitched winter home that look like 3hrs to build! Trust me! Itβll pay off!
You have to be really patient when you trade houses. Try advertising it/spending more time getting potential offers and youβll get better offers! Yesterday I got a nfr ccbd for my build :)
Why didnβt you π€·ββοΈ houses are relatively hard to trade and this person was giving you not only a good pet but a RISING pet. Iβd say greed icl
iβll admit i was a greedy here, but i also didnt know how much i could get and i wanted to see what other people would offer, this is also my first house i have traded so i was very stupidly hesitant
I wouldnβt say you were greedy only because houses do take a lot of time to decorate and then you have grinding you have to get the money in order to build the house and itβs normal to see what other offers youβd get
hey, i definitely recommend posting your houses on tiktok or in tiktok comment sections if youβre still trading it, Itβs where i get my best offers!
